摘要
为了准确掌握标校系统的运行状态,确保BD-1卫星导航定位系统的服务性能,利用模糊综合评价方法建立了一套标校系统评估模型,在分析影响标校系统运行性能因素的基础上设计了分类等级和评价指标,并对指标权值的确定和检验方法进行了详细论述,最后用实例验证了评估模型的合理性和有效性,达到了设计目标。
In order to accurately keep informed on the operation state of the calibration system and ensure service performance of the BD - 1 satellite navigation system, a calibration system evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. According to the effect factors of the calibration system performance, the classification level and evaluation are designed, the weight indicators and testing methods are discussed. The practical operation proves that the model is reasonable and effective, so the design objectives are achieved.
