摘要
世界范围的经济转型给当代城市留下了大量的废弃场地,包括废弃的工厂、垃圾场、军事基地、滨水区等。这些场地往往遭受不同程度的破坏和污染,对于城市发展是一把双刃剑。西方城市对于废弃地的改造有比较多成功的经验,主要是从生态、社会、文化角度,通过建造公园的方式对一些面积较大、受破坏较重的废弃地进行改造,在改造中尊重废弃地所处地块的自然演变过程,将城市生活引入废弃地以激发其活力,保留和诠释废弃地的工业历史,其理念可为国内同类实践提供经验借鉴。
Deserted land from economic transition include： factories, landfill, military base, waterfront etc. They are usually polluted to certain degrees and can be double edged swords for urban development. Western countries have had experiences in dealing with these lands. Ecological, social, and cultural elements are used in deserted land renovations. The history of the land is respected and preserved. Urban life is usually introduced to increase its vitality. These experiences can be helpful for China＇s deserted land renovation.
