摘要
在历史街区的保护与发展中,地下空间在扩大空间容量、改善城市交通、改善基础设施和确保文物安全等方面具有地面空间无法比拟的优势。历史街区的地下空间开发应遵循开发与保护相结合、规模适宜性及地上地下一体化等原则,结合文物建筑保护区、文物及文物所在街区、文物遗址保护区和现有地下文物保护区在保护方面的不同要求和特点,因地制宜地确定地下空间开发利用模式,以达到既保护历史文化特色、保持历史街区风貌,又促进城市可持续发展的目的。
Underground space increases spatial capacity, improves transportation and infrastructure, preserves historical relic safety in historical district preservation and development. Historical district underground space should follow development and preservation combination, suitable scale, integration and preservation, above and under ground integration principles, recognize historical building district, relic district, heritage site preservation requirements, develops underground space as well as preserves historical cityscape.
