摘要
针对目前我国咨询业的发展现状,从总体概况、发展历程、分类及特点几个方面进行综合分析。在此基础上,对我国咨询业存在的主要问题进行归纳和总结,指出政府因素、外部因素、客户因素、自身因素及人才因素这几大方面存在的问题,并根据目前存在的问题,给出相应的解决方案和发展对策,旨在为今后我国咨询业的研究提供借鉴。
From the aspects of general overview,development history,classification and characteristics,this paper analysed comprehensively the situation of Chinese consulting industry.On that basis,it generalized the outstanding issues including government factors,external factors,customer factors,itself factors and talents factors in Chinese consulting industry.Meanwhile,some solutions and development countermeasures were discussed.By analysis above,the paper would reflect the problems in Chinese consulting industry prompt some advices and provide more references for the future study of Chinese consulting industry.
