摘要
利用ANSYS对水管的接头进行接触分析,研究水管在工作状态下卡簧对其产生的接触应力,同时探讨了接触分析中接触模型对各参数的影响、有限元网格的划分和结果不收敛的原因,其中所述的分析方法对于装配体接触分析提供了参考。
Using ANSYS to carry out contact analysis of the joint of water pipe in this paper,the contact stress produced by the circlip under working conditions is researched.Meanwhile,the impact of contact model on various parameters、the meshing of finite element and the reasons of non-convergence are discussed.The methods of analysis can provide references for the contact analysis of assembly.
