摘要
"以人为本"和"以国为重"的育人理念在实践中常常会发生矛盾,本文参考和总结了竺可桢求学阶段、求职期间以及任浙江大学校长时的"以人为本"和"以国为重"的矛盾和统一,同时回顾了浙江大学混合班初创时期及目前竺可桢学院践行"以人为本"和"以国为重"过程中的矛盾和统一,以及改进措施。
The educational idea of ＂People Oriented,Nation Focused＂ always has paradox in its practice.The paper concerns and concludes the paradox and unification of ＂People Oriented,Nation Focused＂ during the time of Chu Kochen＇s study stage,job search and president of Zhejiang University.Meanwhile,it reviews the paradox and unification of ＂People Oriented,Nation Focused＂ in the start-up period of mixed classes of Zhejiang University and its current practice in Chu Kochen Honors College,also it puts forwards the improving measures.
