喉癌全喉切除术后鼻腔形态和功能改变研究进展 被引量:2

Research Advances of the Morphological and Functional Changes of Nasal Cavity in Ryngeal Cancer Patients after Total Laryngectomy

摘要 喉全切除术是目前治疗喉癌、原发的声门下癌、放疗后复发者和下咽癌不能保留喉功能者的一种主要的外科方法。喉全切除术虽然提高了喉癌患者的生存率,但同时也给机体带来了负面影响,随着术后时间的推移,患者鼻腔形态和功能均会发生不同程度的改变。现综述喉全切术后鼻腔结构形态和功能改变的研究,以及这些改变可引起的表现,分析术后鼻腔改变引起这些表现的原因、机制以及如何采取有效措施保护鼻腔功能及延缓其发生退行性改变。 Laryngectomy is now the main surgical treatment of laryngeal cancer,primary subglottic cancer,recurrence after radiotherapy and hypopharyngeal which can not reserve the laryngeal function.Although total laryngectomy improves survival rate in laryngeal cancer patients,it also has negative impact to the body.With the time going,the morphology and function of nasal in patiants have different degrees of changes after surgery.Here is to review these research about the changes in nasal morphology and function after laryngectomy and the manifestations caused by these changing,analyzing the causes,mechanism of the performance,and how to take effective measures to protect the nasal cavity function and delay the degenerative changes.
