Goose fatty liver is hailed as one of three delicious foods in the world.The formation of its molecular mechanism is reviewed.Several key genes for controlling the formation of Goose fatty liver are listed.In addition,we also review the research advance on the diversity of Goose fatty liver formation-related gene and its differential display.
