泛海峡西岸经济区技术创新因素分析 被引量:1

An Analysis of Technological Innovation in Pan-west Coast of Taiwan Strait Economic Region

摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来,技术创新越来越成为影响区域经济增长的重要因素,这在发达国家显得尤为明显,因此有必要进一步研究哪些因素影响区域技术创新。为此,该文采用了泛海峡西岸经济区四省1998-2009的面板数据,研究影响该区域的技术创新的因素。研究结论如下:前期知识存量、专利的保护制度、研究人员素质对该地区技术创新有重大影响。 With the advent of knowledge economy era,technological innovation plays a more and more important role affecting economy growth, which is specially obvious in many developed countries. So it is necessary to study what affects regional technological innovation. Therefore,this paper employs1998 - 2009 panel data of Pan-west Coast of Taiwan Strait Economic Region to research the determinants that influence the regional innovation capability. The result demonstrates that,knowledge stock and patent protection and the quality of scientific researchers are the main factors contributing to the technological innovation.
