摘要
酸食是广西居民饮食的典型代表,在广西地区非常盛行,不仅有着悠久的历史,而且种类繁多。究其盛行的原因,有历史、地理、气候等因素。酸食文化是广西居民长期生产和生活实践经验的结晶,也是居民健康观念和民族文化交流影响的结果。
Soured food,a very popular food in Guangxi ethnic areas,is the product of long-term production and life experience of Guangxi people,typically representing their diets.There are a wide range of soured foods with a time-honored history.Their popularity is attributed to history,geography,weather,residents＇ health concepts and national cultural communication as well.
