厄米-高斯光束通过三角形与圆形围成孔的衍射 被引量:3

摘要 研究厄米-高斯光束通过三角形与圆形围成孔的衍射特性,用Collins公式分析,用Matlab软件进行一些数值模拟。模拟结果表明:衍射特性与光学系统的参数和孔的大小均密切相关。其结果可推广到其它光束、孔和多光束,对研究菲涅耳衍射和夫琅和费衍射具有一定的参考价值。
