摘要
收入分配改革已成为经济社会领域里的一大重点和热点。改革的进程和目标设定本身就是设计具体改革思路时的先决条件,而现阶段的社会经济发展现状和财政税收体制也是重要的影响因素。文章结合实际情况,提出在税收制度、财政支出制度以及其他相关配套措施上的具体政策建议,以利加快收入分配改革进程。
The reform of income distribution has become a hotspot and focus in the economic and social fields. The process and goal setting of reform is the prerequisite in designing reform ideas,and the social and economic development and fiscal and taxation system at this stage are the important influencing factors. Combined with the actual situation, this article puts forward some suggestions about the tax system, fiscal expenditure system and other relevant measures.
