摘要 实现焊接生产作业自动化,是保证焊接质量稳定可靠,降低劳动强度的重要手段和有效途径。本文以欧姆龙CJ1M-CPU21 PLC作为控制核心,结合PC技术,运动控制技术,自动化组态软件技术,设计了一套等离子弧焊自控系统。系统实际运行表明,焊缝形状曲线符合设计要求,且具有一定的柔性和多种运动形式的适应性,焊接效率高,控制系统运行可靠、控制准确,满足生产工艺的要求,成功实现了等离子弧焊系统的自动控制。 To realize the automation welding production assignments is an important means and effective way, it ensures stable and reliable of welding quality and meanwhile reduces the labor intensity. A plasma arc welding control system is developed based on research situation of plasma arc welding technology,based on using CJ1M-CPU21 PLC as control core, combining with PC technology, motion control technology and automation configuration software technology. Operation indicates that the weld shape curve complies with specification, and has a certain flexibility and adaptability of multiple forms of motion welding is high efficiency and control system runs reliably and control accurately. It realizes the automation control of plasma arc welding system. It also satisfies the production requirement.
