摘要
铜线FAB是本研发中心重要的研发生产场所,为了保证其研发,生产的安全,我们使用java语言开发,存储层采用oracle数据库,通过数字卡,串口设备转换器(MOXA),交换机使用tcp/ip协议传输数据建立设备生产安全监测报警系统。该监测系统能够实时地,可视化地监控FAB内的设备是否正常工作,当有异常或故障报警发生时,能够及时地发现以便采取相应的措施,保证铜线FAB的研发,生产安全。
The security supervision and alarm system are designed based on Network for copper line laboratory management. The ICP/IP,RS232,MOXA and other connections are used for the system hardware, and the Java script, Oracle database are used in the system developing and data management. This system can real timely, visually, truly reflect the troubles in the laboratory and assure the security of the equipments and production.
