摘要
公司治理结构对企业技术创新产生重要影响.国有控股公司和非国有控股公司控制主体性质的不同,导致了公司治理对企业技术创新活动产生不同的影响.基于2006—2008年我国上市公司的数据,通过建立计量经济模型,检验了2种不同控股性质公司的公司治理对企业技术创新活动的不同影响.
The Corporation governance structure has an important impact on technological innovation of enterprises.Because of differences in the main nature between state-owned holding companies and non-state-owned ones,the corporation governance has different effects on the technological innovation activities of enterprises.Based on the data from 2006 to 2008 of listed companies in China,the different influences of the corporate governance of two different holding companies on the technological innovation of enterprises were examined by establishing econometric models.
