等离子体切割治疗前列腺增生症61例报告

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子体前列腺电切术的安全性和可靠性及存在的问题。方法使用德国史托斯等离子体汽化电切镜行前列腺电切术61例。结果手术切除腺体20～80g。无前列腺电切综合征及直肠损伤发生,无大出血,发生1例膀胱爆炸伤。术后1例排尿不畅及1例尿道感染经久不愈,其他患者疗效满意。结论经尿道等离子体前列腺电切术安全性高,并发症少,疗效满意,切实可行易于掌握及推广的新技术。
