摘要
目的研讨左半结肠癌并梗阻的外科治疗措施。方法对37例左半结肠癌并急性梗阻经围手术期处理,术中结肠减压、灌洗后行一期切除吻合术。结果 37例均治愈,无多脏器功能衰竭、吻合口痿、腹腔脓肿及死亡等严重并发症发生。结论左半结肠癌并急性梗阻经围手术期充分准备,有效彻底结肠减压灌洗,掌握手术指征,精湛的外科操作,选择一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。
Objective To discuss the effect of resection and anastomosis in the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction.Methods 37 cases of patients with left colon cancer and acute obstruction were treated by perioperative therapy,intraoperative colon decompression,lavage resection and anastomosis.Results 37 patients were cured without multiple organ failure,anastomotic leakage,abdominal abscess and death and other serious complications.Conclusion Perioperative preparation,effective and complete decompression of the colon lavage operation to left colon cancer and acute obstruction should be mastered,the exquisite moderate surgical operation,anastomosis is safe and feasible.
