摘要
围绕土壤微生物多样性的内涵,可将土壤微生物多样性分为遗传多样性、功能多样性、物种多样性和生态多样性4个研究层面;另将土壤微生物多样性的主要研究方法归为3类,即:传统平板培养法、生物化学方法和分子生物学方法,并分别对各方法进行介绍和评述,最后提出该领域研究的发展趋势。
This article focuses on the intension of soil microbial diversity, divides soil microbial diversity into four research levels ： genetic diversity, functional diversity, species diversity and ecological diversity. The article divides the main research methods into three categories： conventional flat method, biochemical method and molecular biology method, then introduces and reviews them respectively and looks forward to the trend of development in the end.
