文章阐述了建立天津市高职图书馆联盟的意义和必要性,分析了建设天津市高职图书馆联盟存在的制约因素进行,探讨了天津高职图书馆联盟的实施方案和形式。提出当前要做的前期准备工作。
This article discusses the significance and necessity of establishing Tianjin Vocational College Library Association. It analyzes the existing constraints, programs, means and preparations inadvance.
