摘要
目前我国国家标准中尚未有对食品中违法添加的工业用荧光增白剂进行定量检测的方法。本文初步建立一个用高效液相色谱测定食品(主要是食用菌、淀粉)中残留的三嗪基氨基二苯乙烯型荧光增白剂的检测方法。该方法以四丁基硫酸氢铵为离子对试剂,用离子对色谱法通过荧光检测器进行测定;其定量分析的线陛范围由0.1mgkg到100mg/kg,线陛好,其相关系数为0.9995,检出限为5μg/L;加标回收率为87.1%-92.5%。
There is not any quantitative determination method for the illegal use of fluorescent whitening agent in our national standards by now. In this article, a method for the determination of triazin amino stilbene-type fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) in food (most are fungus, starch) by HPLC was developed. The fluorescent whitening agents were determined by ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector applying Tetmbutylammonium Hydrogen Sulfate as the ion-pairing reagent in mobile phase. The method enables quantitation of o. 1 mg/kg to 100 mg/kg of FWAs with linear relationship R^2 of 0.9995. The limit of detection was 5 μg/L and the recovery rates are between 87.1% and 92.5 %.
