摘要 合理的供水规模是保证农村供水工程可持续运行的必要前提条件,结合南方平原地区已建工程的实际数据及成本构成的分析,建立投资、成本与供水规模的定量模型。采用年值法进行规模效益优化分析,以净效益年度等值最大为目标函数建立规模效益优化的非线性规划模型,结合南方平原典型地区对最优规模、水价及相互间的关系进行讨论,以期能对农村供水结构的优化、工程后期的规划发展与运行管理提供科学依据。 Reasonable water supply scale is necessary precondition for sustainable operation of rural water supply projects,The quantitative models of investment,cost and water supply scale are established,which are combined with practical data of constructed projects in the South Plains and the cost composition analysis.The optimization of scale benefit is analyzed by annual value,and nonlinear programming model of scale benefit is established with equivalent annual value as the objective function.Optimal size,price and their relationship are discussed with the South Plain typical region,which is hoped to can provide a scientific basis for structure optimization,the latter planning development and the operation management of rural water supply projects.
