摘要
基于对大学生管理失效的分析,认为大学生管理主体应当是具有非正式组织特点、以班级为单位的自组织管理系统,从而得出适合的管理模式应是大学生组阁制班委自组织管理模式。在此基础上,进一步对该模式的设计思想、组阁机制设计、团队设计以及管理机制的组织文化管理、目标管理、绩效管理等进行了详细的设计与阐述。最后通过实验方法证明,组阁制班委自组织管理模式相对于传统管理模式具有明显优势,尤其长期优越性更加显著。
By analyzing the probIems existing in present undergraduate students management this paper points out that the essential management of undergraduates should be self-organized class committee with informal characteristics rather than the management departments of the university. It stresses that Self-organization Forming Cabinet Management is a suitable management model for solving the problems of the present undergraduate management. Subsequently, this article designs the management rules, mechanism, team work, object management and perform- ance management. Finally, it uses an experiment to testify the results of Self-organization Forming Cabinet Manage- ment Model and found that it is superior to other management models. The data of the experiment demonstrates that this model is especially better than other management models in a long run.
