摘要
改进传统的合成六方介孔材料的工艺,合成具有双纳米效应的掺镧介孔纳米球,以此作为卷烟添加剂,研究了其对红塔山经典1956卷烟主流烟气中含有的低分子醛酮化合物的吸附行为。结果表明在过滤嘴中加入了添加剂的烟样中8种低分子醛酮的含量明显低于没有加入添加剂的烟样,且测定结果的相对偏差小于0.3%。其中,甲醛的含量由186.0721μg/支减少到103.698μg/支,说明该掺镧介孔纳米球添加剂对甲醛的吸附具有较好的选择性。
Herein the La-doped mesoporous nanospheres,which were synthesized by ourselves,are used as an additive in cigarettes to reduce aldehydes and ketones,contained in the cigarette smoke,which were thought to be harmful substances to people's healty.The results showed that eight kinds of aldehydes and ketones were decreased remarkably after the additive was added,and the relative deviation of test results was lower than 0.3%.Specially,the formaldehyde content of the additive containing cigarette was 103.698 μg,comparing to 186.072 μg,It proved that this kind of additive had a selective adsorption to the formaldehyde including in cigarette smoke.
