摘要
低碳农业是生物多样性农业，总结了黑龙江省构建低碳农业的必要性，介绍了低碳农业发展存在的问题，提出了今后黑龙江省构建低碳农业的对策。
The low - carbon agriculture is characterized by biodiversity. This paper summarizes the necessity for Heilongjiang Province to build lowcarbon agriculture and then introduces the problems in lowcarbon agricuhural development. The coun- termeasures for building low - carbon agriculture in Heilongjiang Province in the future are also proposed.
