摘要
为了提高钢厂库区生产物料信息的实时性和准确性,设计实现了一种生产物料自动跟踪系统.物料跟踪采用行车吊运位置与吊运状态绑定的方法实现,运用旋转编码器检测行车位移,并通过射频识别定位对位移进行校准.采用称重传感器和电流传感器信息融合的方法实现行车吊运状态的识别.以热轧卷板生产成品入库流程为例给出了物料自动跟踪的软件实现方法.实际应用结果表明,系统能够准确识别库区垛位位置以及物料吊运信息,实现物料实体与信息流的对应,从而有效解决了制造执行系统与过程控制层的信息衔接问题.
To improve efficiency and accuracy of production material tracking information in steel factory, an automatic material tracking system is presented. The material tracking is realized through binding the crane position and the crane work status. The crane position is detected using rotary encoder and calibrated by radio frequency identification system. The crane work status is estimated through information fusion of the weight sensor and the current sensor. Finally, the scheme of the full-automatic and whole flow material tracking system is implemented and applied in coil production yard. The application results show that the system can achieve the real-time correspondence between material entity and inventory data in manufacturing execution system
