摘要
文章通过对乌东德水电站移民调查项目的分析,确立了水库移民调查项目的干系人,分析了各类干系人对项目的影响,论述了如何对各干系人进行有效的管理,以确保项目的顺利进行。
Migration survey project of Wudongde Hydropower Sation is analysed. Stakeholhers of the project are confirmed and their influence on the project is also analysed. How to manage the stakeholders effectively to make the project go on smoothly is expounded.
