摘要
铜陵市作为安徽省经济较发达地区,目前正处在经济发展的关键时期,急需各方面的人才。因此,如何吸引更多的优秀大学生来铜就业就成了一个迫在眉睫的问题。文章旨在分析我市在吸引人才方面的瓶颈问题,提高铜陵市人才引进水平,从而为皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区人才流动做出有益探索。
Tongling City,as an economically developed region,currently at a critical period in the economic development of the urgent need of the area.Therefore,how to attract more outstanding students to the employment of Tongling has become a pressing problem to be solved.This research aims to explore to alleviate some bottlenecks,improving the level of talent introduction of Tongling City.It is good for making a useful exploration to the flow of talent to in Wan Jiang Urban Industrial Transfer demonstration Area.
