摘要
高校基建档案资源建设管理缺位、基建项目文件材料收集不齐全、归档材料质量不高等,是高校基建工作和基建档案收集工作的老大难问题。而管理者历史责任意识与工程整体质量意识淡薄、重建设轻档案、制度不健全、缺乏制约力,则是目前高校基建档案收集工作难的主要原因。唯有加强宣传、增强档案意识,健全制度、明确职责,落实专人负责、实行过程管理,纳入合同管理和项目管理,才能切实做好高校基建档案收集工作。
The absence of university infrastructure archival resources and difficult collection is the long-standing problem for the university infrastructure work and archives.This paper analyzes the current problems of collecting university infrastructure archives and provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
