摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司炼油厂为生产满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的精制柴油,采用再生后DN-3100催化剂和新鲜FH-UDS催化剂混合装填的方案,经催化剂干燥和预硫化后,用于新建的2.00 Mt/a汽柴油加氢精制装置。应用结果表明,在反应器入口温度为311℃,氢油体积比为381,体积空速为1.29 h-1的操作条件下,精制柴油的硫质量分数为33μg/g,满足欧Ⅳ柴油质量标准。
To produce refined diesel satisfying Europe Ⅳ emission standards,the mixed regenerated DN-3100 hydrotreating catalyst and fresh FH-UDS hydrotreating catalyst were applied in a new 2.0 MM TPY gasoline and diesel hydrotreating unit in the refinery of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company.The results showed that the sulfur in the refined diesel is 33 ppm which meets the Europe Ⅳ specifications at the conditions of the reactor inlet temperature 311 ℃,hydrogen to oil volumetric ratio 381 and volumetric space velocity 1.29 h-1.
