京沪高速铁路松软土CFG桩质量控制及工效的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合京沪高铁李窑试验段工程实际,为满足路基工后沉降不大于15 mm的技术要求,采用CFG桩对无砟轨道路基地基进行加固。长螺旋钻孔管内泵压混合料成桩过程中,加强施工过程管理,对钻进速度、钻机电流、混合料施工配合比和拔管速度等关键环节进行了有效的控制,减少了故障的发生,保证了桩体质量。 Combined with the engineering practice of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Liyao Section,CFG pile was used to reinforce ballastless track subgrade in order to meet the technical requirement for post-construction subgrade settlement no more than 15 mm.During piling of pressure pumped mixture by continuous auger drilling,the drilling rate,rig current,mixture proportion and pulling speed were controlled effectively during construction,which reduced failure and ensured pile quality.
