摘要
电力对促进能源、经济和环境之间的平衡,实现可持续发展起着重要的作用。电力———环境———经济复合系统的优化目标就是通过电力、经济及环境这3个子系统间的相互配合、相互促进从而形成社会全面的可持续发展。本文从电力与经济的关系研究,系统协调性评价研究和系统优化模型研究等领域综述了国内外电力———环境———经济复合系统优化研究的主要方法和成果。
The widespread use of electricity plays an important role in promoting a harmonious relationship between energy, economy and environment and realizing the sustainable devdopment. The objective of electricity- enviromnent- economy compound system optimizins is the realizing of all- round social sustainable development, by means of the mutual cooperation and mutual promote between the three subsystems as electricity, economy and environment. In this paper, the main research methods and results of electricity- environmenteconomy compound system optimizing is summarised from three research fields, they are relationship of electricity and economy, system coordination assessment and system optimizing models.
