摘要
为开发新的用于生物防治的抗真菌微生物资源,对从荆州郊区土壤中分离到的一株对多种植物病原真菌具有显著拮抗作用的链霉菌S15,用琼脂块法和杯碟法对其抗菌谱进行测定。结果表明,产生的拮抗物质对13种植物病原菌有显著抑制效果,其产生的代谢产物具有对小麦全蚀病病菌菌丝扭曲、缢缩等致畸效应。该物质对热稳定性较好,在酸性条件下易失活,在中性偏碱条件下比较稳定,此抗真菌物质有较强的极性。
In order to develop microbial resources for biological control,streptomycete S15 which had antagonizing effect on several plant pathogenic fungi was isolated from farmland soils in Jingzhou district.By means of cup-dish method and agar column method,the antimicrobial spectrum of strain S15 was determined.The results showed that the antagonistic substance of S15 had significant inhibiting effect on 15 plant pathogenic fungi.The substance could cause mycelium of gaeumanomyces graminis distortion and malformation.The antagonistic substance had strong thermo-stability.It was unstable in acid conditions,but showed high antifungal activity in neutral or alkaline condition.The polarity of the antagonistic substance was strong.
