急性脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白动态变化的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨血清S100B蛋白在急性脑梗死时的动态变化及其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法对急性脑梗死患者在发病第1、3、5、14天血清S100B蛋白水平进行动态测定,评价其与脑梗死灶体积、入院时神经功能缺损程度之间的关系。结果:急性脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白水平在发病第1、3、5天显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并在第3天达峰值,在第14天下降至与正常对照组相同水平;血清S100B蛋白水平与梗死灶体积及入院时神经功能缺损程度有显著相关性。结论:血清S100B蛋白测定对判断急性脑梗死患者病情的严重程度、评估预后有重要参考价值。 Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum S100B protein content in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Dynamic measuring serum S100B protein content in patients with ACI at days 1,3,5,and 14 after onset by the use of enzyme-linked-immunosorbent serologic assay,and evaluating their association with the sizes of cerebral infarction and neural functional deficit degree in admission.Results:The serum S100B protein level increased significantly in patients with ACI at days 1,3,and 5 after onset compared with control group(all P0.01).The serum S100B protein content started to increase in patients with ACI at day 1,it kept at a high level until a peak appeared at day 3 and decreased to the same level as the control group at day 14 after onset.The level of serum S100B protein was significantly associated with the sizes of cerebral infarction and neural functional deficit degree in admission.Conclusion:The serum S100B protein can be used as a peripheral biochemical marker of brain injury.Determination of serum S100B protein content in patients with ACI has important reference value to determine the severity of the disease and assess prognosis after ACI.
