摘要
主要是对10kV配电网运行状态下的电力电缆局部放电检测装置可行性的研究,通过研究目前国内外先进的电力电缆局部放电检测技术,对比选取一种有效、准确便携式易于测量的电缆局部放电检测装置,通过在实际运行中采集数据,得出电缆局部放电特征信号,最后通过软硬件的处理,实现的运行状态下电力电缆的局部放电检测。
The paper is mainly aimed at the feasibility reasearch of the power eable partial discharge observation device under 10kV distribution network conditions.By researching advanced power cable partial discharge observation technology both at home and abroad at present,contrast and select an effective,accurate portable and easy to measure the cable partial discharge observation device.Throught collecting data in practical service,obtain the cable partial discharge characteristic signal.Finally,by the software and hardware treatment,reach the cable partial discharge observation under running condiitons.
