摘要
在城乡统筹的背景下,积极推进农业技术创新与制度创新,以城带乡、加快农业科技发展是新时期城乡经济社会一体化发展的根本出路。以武汉城市圈为例,分析了其农业科技发展现状、存在的问题及加快农业科技发展的关键要素,并提出了相关对策建议。
Under the circumstances of urban and rural overall planning, taking an active part in agricultural technology innovation and institutional innovation, accelerating agricultural science and technology development by mutual aid is the fundamental outlet of urban and rural social economic incorporative development in the new period. Taking the Wuhan metropolitan areas for example, this paper analyzes its agricultural science and technology developmental status, the main problems and key factors of how to accelerate its development, then raise some relative advice and countermeasures.
