摘要
运用探索性空间数据分析方法,考察了1999至2009年中国31个省市区互联网发展水平的空间相关性和空间异质性,以期有效地认识中国互联网技术的空间分布特征,并进一步研究其内在规律性和动态演变过程。结果发现:中国互联网普及水平呈现较为显著的空间自相关和空间异质性;互联网技术的扩散过程中存在着显著的溢出效应;距离是影响其扩散强度的主要因素,且扩散效应随距离的增加而减弱。
Based on the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis（ESDA） technique and GIS platform,this paper examines the spatial characteristics and dynamic evolution of Internet penetration among 31 provinces in China over the period of 1999-2009.It revealed that Internet penetration have strong spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity in the provincial level.There are spillover effects in the development of Internet,which is similar to the process of economic development.Distance is an important factor which affected the diffusion effects of technology.
