摘要
目的:评价我院人血白蛋白的临床应用情况,以促进其合理应用。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,对我院2010年所有应用人血白蛋白的住院患者进行统计分析。结果:全院共有2 994例患者使用白蛋白,以心血管外科与消化科为多,临床使用严格执行白蛋白水平低于25 g·L^(-1)的标准。结论:我院对人血白蛋白的使用基本合理,只要依照有效、安全、经济的合理用药原则,才能获得最佳的使用效果。
Objective ： To evaluate the clinical application of human serum albumin for inpatients in our hospital to promote its rational administration in our hospital. Method ：2 994 cases selected from the inpatients treated with human serum albumin during the period from January to November 2010 were analytically reviewed. Resnit：Most of the total 2 994 patients reviewed came from the Departments of Cardiovascular Surgery and Gastroenterology. The level of human serum albumin was lower than 25 g ·L^- 1. Conclusion： The application of human serum albumin in our hospital was reasonable. By adhering to the principle of effective, safe, economical and rational use of drugs, the best efficacy of its application can be achieved.
