介绍了一种图像压缩技术的实现方法,该方法以Visual C++为开发工具,并调用Imgedit控件将位图图像压缩为JPEG文件。
This paper describes a method to achieve image compression technology.The method uses Visual C ＋ ＋ as development tools,and calls Imgedit control to Compress the bitmap as a JPEG file.
