摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊对绝经后阴道炎患者内环境失衡的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月—2010年12月绝经后阴道炎患者62例,在传统治疗基础上,按照阴道给药不同随机分为2组,研究组31例,应用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊;对照组31例,应用雌激素栓剂治疗。2组患者均每晚阴道内置药,连用2周后,对其治疗前后阴道内环境情况进行对照。结果研究组患者治疗后乳杆菌检出率、pH值和人乳头状瘤病毒检出率指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在停药6个月后复检上述指标,2组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于绝经后阴道炎患者,在传统治疗基础上,配合重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗可有效改善阴道内环境,并在较长时间内有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect on the unbalanced internal environment of patients with postmenopausal vaginitis by recombinant human α -2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams. Methods Sixty - two patients with postmenopausal vaginitis were selected from January 2008 to December 2010. Based on the traditional treatment, the patients were divided into two groups according to different drugs at random. The treatment group with 31 patients was treated with recombinant human α- 2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams ,while the control group with 31 patients was treated with estrogen suppositories. All the patients placed the drug in vagina every night for two weeks. Internal environment of vagina was compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,PH and the detection rate of lactobacillus and Human papilloma virus （ HPV ） in treatment group were improved obviously. There were significant differences between before treatment and after treatment. Above indexes were reexamined 6 months after drug withdrawal, there were still significant differences in these indexes between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The traditional treatment combined with recombinant human α -2b interferon capsule for vagina foams can improve internal environment and last for a long time for patients with postmenopausal vaginitis.
