摘要
目的:研究半夏生物总碱对人肝癌细胞Bel-7402增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT比色法以及集落形成率来测定半夏生物碱对Bel-7402生长抑制作用。结果:半夏生物碱400,200,100μg·ml^(-1)对肝癌细胞Bel-7402有明显抑制作用(P<0.05或0.01),随着半夏生物碱浓度的增加和共同培养时间的延长,抑制作用逐渐增强。结论:半夏生物碱对人肝癌细胞Bel-7402生长有一定的抑制作用。
Objective： To investigate the growth inhibition of human hepatocarcinoma cell strain Bel-7402 by pinellia total alkaloids. Method： The growth inhibition of human hepatocarcinoma cell strain Bel-7402 was measured by the rate of colony forming and MTF colorimetic method. Result. The growth inhibition was enhanced with the increase of pinellia total alkaloids concentration and culture time. Conclusion： The pinellia total alkaloids can inhibit the growth of Bel-7402.
