摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定珍芪降糖胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86)为流动相;流速1.0mlmin-1;检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在0.1226～1.1034μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.77%,RSD=0.76%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于珍芪降糖胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of paeoniforin in zhenqijiangtang capsules.Method The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution（14：86） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 230 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.Results The paeoniforin have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.1226～1.1034μg（r=0.9997）,the average recovery was 98.77% and RSD=0.76%（n=6）.Conolusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of zhongfengfuyuan pill.
