摘要
本文分析了阻火器的阻火(防爆)原理,通过阻火器使用环境中所存在的爆炸性危险气体的MESG(最大试验安全间隙)值来确定阻火器的火焰通道长度和间隙。并且基于MESG理论的阻火器防爆检验原理以及国内外阻火器相关标准对阻火器防爆试验方法进行了对比。
Based on the analyses for the principle of a flame arrester,it gives the fundamental thought in design of a flame arrester,that is,the flame passage length and gap of the arrester can be determined by the max exerimental safety gap of the gases present in the hazardous environment where it is in service.Furthermore,it also analysis the testing principle on the flame arrester based on the MESG theory,makes comparson between the test procedures for the flame arresters in relevant standards both here and abroad.
