摘要
通过对稻壳、芒属及蓝藻进行常压热重实验,结果表明:生物质热解过程可以分为4个阶段,干燥失水、预热解、快速热解、缓慢热解。由于组成成分的差异,蓝藻的快速热解段相对稻壳及芒属相对较低。比较了热解综合特性指数大小:蓝藻>芒属>稻壳,即蓝藻的热解稳定性相对较差,稻壳的热解稳定性较好。用Coats-Redfern方法计算样品的热解动力学参数,稻壳和芒属热解的机理函数相同,求得了相应的活化能与频率因子。从实验结果分析得蓝藻更容易发生热解反应。
This article study the thermogravimetric analysis for Rice husk,Miscanthus spp,cyanobacteria.The result show that the pyrolysis process of these samples are composed of dehydration,holding,rapid weight-loss and slow weight-loss.The temperature of rapid weight-loss of cyanobacteria is relatively low because of the compositions are different.A pyrolysis index,D,was to describe the biomass pyrolysis characteristics.The pyrolysis index D is cyanobacteriaMiscanthus spp rice husk.Generally speaking thermal stability of cyanobacteria is relatively poor,rice husk is relatively stable.The kinetic parameters were calculated by using the Coasts-Redfern method,indicating that the reaction function of pyrolysis mechanism is different,Miscanthus spp and rice husk are the same.The activation energy and frequency factor of different kinds of biomass we re attained.The pyrolysis reaction of cyanobacteria is relatively easy by analysis.
