单股正链RNA病毒3'非编码区的结构与功能研究进展

摘要 单股正链RNA病毒基因组中的3'非编码区(3'UTR)可以形成二级或者高级结构,这些结构对维持病毒RNA的稳定性以及病毒的复制调控具有至关重要的作用。它不仅可以单独发挥作用,也可以与RNA或者蛋白相互作用调控病毒的复制、转录、翻译和包装等各个过程。本文对RNA结构和功能研究的一般方法,以及一些单股正链RNA病毒代表种属的3'UTR的结构和功能进行了综述,并且就研究前景和一些存在的问题进行了探讨。
