转录抑制基因TBX2在甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的检测甲状腺癌组织中TBX2的表达,探讨其表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测正常甲状腺、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺癌组织中TBX2的表达。结果 TBX2在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于其在正常甲状腺及甲状腺腺瘤组织中的阳性表达(P<0.05);TBX2在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达强度与甲状腺癌的组织学分型及分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 TBX2在甲状腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,检测甲状腺癌中TBX2的表达,可为临床甲状腺癌的诊断、治疗方案的选择及预后评估提供参考指标,同时也为甲状腺癌的治疗提供新靶点。
