摘要
目的:回顾性分析胰岛素强化的生长激素(GH)治疗,对改善重度烧伤病人营养状况的作用。方法:将我科收治的同一批重度烧伤病人15例分为两组,其中治疗组9例,采用胰岛素强化的GH治疗;对照组6例,除未使用GH和胰岛素外,其他治疗同治疗组。比较两组血清前清蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白和淋巴细胞计数值的差异。结果:在监测期内,治疗组病人各项检测指标均明显高于对照组,并且随时间延长而呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素强化的GH治疗可有效地改善重度烧伤病人的营养和免疫功能。
Objective ： To analyze retrospectively the therapeutic effect of growth hormone （GH） combined with intensive insulin therapy to improve the nutritional status in severely burned patients. Methods： 15 patients with severe burns were admitted to our department in June,2009. 9 patients were treated with GH and insulin, and another 6 patients were treated routinely without use of GH and insulin. Serum prealbumin, albumin, globin and lymphocyte counts were monitored after treatment. Results： In the period of monitoring, the serum prealbumin, albumin, globin and lymphocyte counts in treated group were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the detected index were upgraded gradually （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The use of GH and insulin can improve effectively the nutritional and immune function status in severe burned patients.
