摘要
从展毛翠雀花(Delphinium kamaonense var.glabrescens)中分离到两个C_(19)-二萜生物碱,经光谱方法确定结构,证明其中一个是新化合物,命名为展毛翠雀碱(glabredelphinine,Ⅰ)。另一个是已知生物碱tatsiensine(Ⅱ)。
A new and a known diterpenoid alkaloid have been isolated from the root of Delphinium kamaonense var. glabrescens. The chemical structure of the new alkaloid, named glabredelphinine, was established as 2 (3)-dehydro-6-demethyl-18-demethoxy-delcosine by IR, MS, ~1HNMR and ^(13)CNMR spectral data. The known one was identified as tatsiensine. They were isolated from this plant for the first time.
