摘要
苏里格气田气井普遍具有低压、低产、小水量、含凝析油、井筒压力损失大的特点,为提升泡沫排水采气工艺效果,以降低单位体积泡沫含液量为技术思路,从抗凝析油、降含水率两方面优化泡排剂性能,研发了适合苏里格气井特点的含液量小、液膜薄、稳定的抗油起泡剂UT-8,单位体积含水率降低30%,,减小了泡沫在举升过程中对井底造成的回压。在苏里格气田现场试验7井次,气井产量增加,油套压差平均降低1.85MPa,取得了良好的试验效果,对苏里格气田高效开发提供了技术支撑。
The Sulige gas wells of are generally characteristic of low-pressure,low-produc- tion, small amount of water, low condensate oil and the pressure loss, to enhance the effect of foam drainage gas recovery technology, to reduce the unit volume of foam fluid content as technical means, from the anticoagulant analysis of oil, the moisture content down two aspects to optimize bulb performance and features developed for Sulige gas containing a small amount of liquid, thin film, and stable against oil foaming agent UT-8, the moisture content per unit volume decreased 30%, reduces the lifting process of the bubble in the bottom of the back pressure caused.Through the application of 7 wells in Sulige gas field, gas well production increases,the average tubing-casing pressure decreased 1.85MPa,gas production rate increased,has a good effect on the Sulige gas field, efficient development offers technical support.
