摘要
结合大位移井特点建立一套适用于大位移井的水力学分析体系。以惠州油田某大位移井为例,分析大位移井水力参数设计存在的问题及相关指标变化规律。受设备和地层限制,311mm井段钻进时通常无法满足理论最小排量要求。提出两种解决办法:一是使用大尺寸钻杆;二是加大洗井频率。
Hydraulics design is an important part of extended-reach drilling.Considering the characteristics of ERW,a special analysis system of hydraulics design for extended-reach wells is established and integrated.One ERW at Huizhou 25-4 Field in South China Sea is taken as an example and the specificities of ERW hydraulics design,the main parameters,such as SPP,theoretical minimum flow rate,ECD,cuttings bed height,theoretical optimum flow rate and fluctuating pressure are calculated and discussed.The result shows that the actual flow rate is usually not able to reach the theoretical minimum flow rate when drilling 311mm section is used because of the restriction of pump or formation capacity.There are two solutions,one is to use bigger drill pipe,such as 149mm diameter,and the other is to increase the frequency of hole cleaning.At last the circulating time required for different hole cleaning frequency is also calculated,which is helpful for engineering.
