摘要
将产品外观划分为五个不同的级别,即工艺品级、汽车级、家电级、一般工业品级、低级用途级;阐述了各个级别普遍应用的涂装装饰方式。依据级别划分和高档化的原则,以一般工业品级的电控柜为例,提出产品外观高档化的一些思路,供相关产品参考。产品外观高档化要通过外形设计、外观设计、加工制造、涂装方式、色彩选择与匹配、高档次部件(材料)装饰等才能实现。
It is approximately sorted by 5 grades for products appearance： craftwork and adornment,automobile,home appliances,ecumenical industry equment and home-made things for self use.It also gives each familiar coating and decorating method for most products in the same grade.By above rules,and take the ecumenical industry equment—elecotronic control cabinet——as an example,gives some ways for perfect product outlook.Bring forwords that,For the sake of promoting product appearce,we should do as these：by figure designing,by appearance designing,by perfectly manufacture,by use of proper coating,by color choice and color matching,and by decorated by higher-grade products or parts.It＇s suit for coating technicians,product line supervisors and product designer reading.
